1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the mobile application Jelly Pet (the "app") provided by the Jelly Pet team ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The app is a game about caring for and raising a squishy jelly pet, with care, feeding, mini-games, rest modes, room decoration, growth and an aquarium. Some features (the weekly league, the dress-up contest and friends) talk to our server and may or may not be offered depending on operations.
3. Free use, ads and in-app products
The app is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Ads are provided by advertisers and we do not endorse their products or services. In-app products such as ad removal are purchased through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law. In-game currencies such as drops and shells cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Your responsibilities
Do not use display names or pet names that insult or offend others or infringe their rights. We may hide or remove reported or inappropriate names and contest entries and may restrict server features for repeated abuse. Obtaining scores or currencies by abnormal means is not allowed.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the app and its components (characters, art, sounds, code, trademarks) belong to us. Contest entry images are used only to show them to other players within the league, contest and friends features.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change or discontinue features. Your pet and progress stored on your device remain there even if server features end.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post them on this page with the effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over our location, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence apply.
