1. Overview
This policy explains what information the Jelly Pet team ("we") processes when providing the mobile application Jelly Pet (the "app"), why, for how long, and your rights. We comply with the laws applicable where you live, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU GDPR.
2. Information we do not collect
- Accounts, real names, email, phone numbers, contacts — no sign-up or login is required.
- Photos, camera, microphone, location — the app does not use the camera, gallery, microphone or location permissions. Contest entries are not your photos but pictures of your pet and room drawn by the app (section 4).
3. Information kept only on your device
Your pet’s name and growth, your room, items, mission progress and settings (sound, vibration, reminders) are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

League, contest and friends
These features talk to our server only once you start using them. Other players can see your display name, your pet’s name, your league rank and score, your contest entries and your room when they visit as a friend. You can report inappropriate names or images, and players you block can no longer see you or be seen by you. Reported content may be reviewed and hidden or removed.
Ads and consent
The app shows Google AdMob ads. Users in the EU, the UK and other applicable regions are asked for consent through Google UMP (a consent management platform), and the choice also applies to Firebase Analytics collection. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings. At launch the app sends only its app identifier to our server to receive ad display settings; nothing that identifies you is included. In-app purchases
Payments for in-app products such as ad removal are processed by Google Play. We never receive card numbers or other payment details.
Reminders
Reminders that your pet is hungry or about to grow are local notifications scheduled on your device. They appear at most once a day and only if you allow them; no information is sent to a server for them. You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings at any time.
5. Retention
- Information on your device: until you uninstall the app
- League, contest and friends data on our server: kept as long as needed to provide the features, and deleted without delay on request. Report and block records may be kept as long as needed to prevent abuse.
- Information processed by Google: according to each service’s retention policy (Firebase Analytics event data up to 14 months).
6. Sharing, processors and international transfers
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. The Google services in section 4 (Firebase Analytics, AdMob, UMP, Google Play) process information under their own policies; these services and our server may operate outside your country (for example in the United States).
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age set by local law) and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If we learn that it has been collected, we delete it without delay.
8. Your rights and data deletion requests
You can uninstall the app to remove the data on your device, revoke the notification permission, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. To access, correct or delete the league, contest and friends data on our server, email us with your friend code (shown in the app’s friends screen). We will act on it without delay.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
